Shipping Regions:

• United Kingdom

• United States

We do not ship products to these countries: Albania, French Polynesia, the Republic of Kosovo, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Réunion, Russia, South Africa, and Ukraine.

 

Processing Time:

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Times:

• United Kingdom: 3-8 business days

• *United States: 2-5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the order date.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

 

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination of the items.

• Orders over $90 qualify for free shipping.

 

Customs and Duties:

• For orders outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the provided link.

 

Address Changes:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
